In order to provide faster service and convenience, we offer free outpatient appointment and priority reception by appointment since Octorber 15th, 2011.

Huangpu Branch: special demand quality clinics; special demand clinics for complicated & difficult conditions; expert clinics; specialized clinics; general clinics of various departments.

Registration appointment priority
When you make an appointment, you will receive an order number based upon the submission of their appointments, which is also the order number for seeing a doctor. It helps you to arrange visit time in advance so as to reduce the waiting period. However, if you arrive late for your schedule with a general clinic, you have to wait for 3 other patients before seeing the doctor.
Appointment by time interval
All appointments are set up by time intervals. General clinic appointments are scheduled either in the morning or the afternoon. Expert clinic and specialized clinic appointments are scheduled at 4 time intervals in a day:Appointed registration time Morning: 1st time interval 7:30-9:00, 2nd time interval 8:30-10:00Afternoon: 1st time interval 13:00-14:00, 2nd time interval 14:00-15:30
Prepayment Service
To save the trouble of repetitious queuing up at the charging office for our customers, the Yangpu Branch is already providing the option of "prepay", by which you can prestore an amount of money at the time of registration, and settle accounts with the charging office at the end of your hospital visit.
Prepayment criterion: 500 Yuan for VIP quality clinics (258/158 Yuan registration fee included);300 Yuan for VIP clinics for complicated & difficult conditions (58 Yuan registration fee included)Note: 1. The option of prepayment is totally voluntary.2. Examinations prescribed on paper application need to be priced at the charging office before the patients take them.
Considerations for appointment
1. Appointments must be made with real names, and please bring your ID card, social insurance card or other ID paper when registering.2. Expert absence: if the expert you made an appointment with is absent temporarily, we'll call you at the number you leaved.3. If you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel it in the same way you made it at least 2 business days before the appointment date.4. After an appointment is made, you need to register in the scheduled time interval. Missing or being late for an appointment is regarded by the system as "breaking the appointment". 5. Breaking an appointment: for those who break an appointment with no reasonable reason for more than 3 times, we will "blacklist" them and suspend their eligibility for appointment for half a year. However, general hospital visit is not influenced. 6. The Yangpu Branch: you can make an appointment with at most two experts of two departments at a time.
The Huangpu Branch: you can make an appointment with only one expert at a time.
