On 23rd Jan. 2016, a delegation led by the CEO of Inova Knox Singleton visited our Huangpu branch for further collaboration. President Xu Congjian, Party Secretary Hua Keqin, Vice President Li Bin and Deputy Party Secretary Chen Xiaojun attended the meeting. President Xu started by extending a welcome to the old friends and talked about the achievements over the past year. He also talked about the good relationship between us, especially after the cooperation framework signed in May 2015. The two sides discussed how to promote further collaboration as well as the detailed arrangements.

In the meeting, the two sides exchanged ideas on many issues including: special treatment for particular diseases with a targeted team, joint research lab, genome research cooperation, precision medicine and TCM combined with western medicine in gynecology. The two sides thought that it would be a good idea if we could assign a contact person to start with, followed by mutual visits to each other’s institutions and then allow the teams from both sides to find common interests for further cooperation. The two sides believe that, with such arrangements, our collaboration will become better and brighter.
