The Sweden's south delegation comprising 8 members and led by Professor Carl Borrebaeck, the vice president of Lund University in Sweden, visited the Yangpu District of our hospital on the afternoon of May 11, 2012. The director of Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University Wu Jinglei, vice director of Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University Jiang Ye, associate professor Yao Liangqing, director of nursing department Ding Yan, director of galactophore department Sun Taiming, and vice director of research and education office Liu Yingtao attended the meeting. Wu Jinglei, on behalf of the hospital, extended a warm welcome to the guests for their visit. He made a brief introduction to the medicine, teaching, and research of our hospital. The visitors said that they were honored to communicate with our hospital. They introduced the long history of Lund University and the remarkable research achievements of Bioscience incubators in the cancer field, especially in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer.Meanwhile, they forecast and explored their further research direction. Professor Carl Borrebaeck stated that Lund University in Sweden was looking for a strategic partner, and he expected that the two parties can visit each other more and enhance cooperation in multiple fields in the future.
