Since October, 2007, verified by Ministry of Health, Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University has been approved as a training base of endoscopic technology of Gynecology and it has also been the stage IV endoscopic Training Centre of country since 2010. Currently the center can carry all types of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. There are more than 4000 endoscopic surgerys each year in the training base.The rate of endoscopic surgery of early endometrial cancer is more than 90%, and that of early cervical cancer is more than 70%. 

The trainning base has a technical system of quality assurance. There are 6 professors, 14 vise professors and more than 50 attending doctors now. And there are 13 chief doctors and deputy chief physicians with stage IV endoscopic surgery qualification, which rank top in Shanghai. All  traintors of the base are professors or vise professors with more than 10 years of experience of endoscopic operation and more than 1000 cases of endoscopic operation. 

There are also many modern equippments, multimedium classrooms, and trainning rooms in the base. With pooling a large number of well-known doctors and outstanding young doctors growing up, the trainning base in our hospital has won a certain reputation in the field of endoscopic technology of Gynecology.
